TelstraClear bemoans slow LLU progress

The chief executive of TelstraClear, Allan Freeth, has criticised the slow pace of unbundling of the local loop in New zealand, claiming that while some progress has been made, much more is needed. Speaking at the Telecommunications Users Association in Hamilton, Dr Freeth claimed TelstraClear had recently cut services and expansion plans as a result of the regulatory situation in the country.
